Third generation family farm
‘Wrattenbullie’ was purchased by Neil and Eileen Davies in the mid 1900’s, when they made the move from Western Victoria to South Australia. Neil and Eileen’s son showed a great passion for the farm from a young age, and with a great passion for seed-stock, Wrattenbullie Studs was born.
Rod’s passion for seed-stock saw him successfully show sheep and cattle across Australia, cherishing the friendships that were made.
Following the marriage of Rod to wife Gayle, they made their home at Wrattenbullie, where they raised their three children, Angela, Sally & Brad.
Son Brad returned to the farm in the early 2000’s to work alongside Rod, spending their days together striving for the best from their livestock.
Brad, and wife Alana, have been entrusted to operate Wrattenbullie since 2023 and take great pleasure in mixing farm work together with the lifestyle provided by the majestic treasure that is Wrattenbullie.
